Who's at the Helm? Executive Integrity, Corporate Risk, and Transatlantic Perspectives

AmCham Sweden and Look Closer invite you to an evening of research-driven insights and practical strategies on one of the most critical, yet often overlooked, dimensions of corporate risk: the people at the top.

What happens when executives carry undisclosed criminal records, prior bankruptcies, or histories of professional disqualification into the boardroom? And how can organizations protect themselves before the damage is done?

Join us for an engaging session where leading academic research meets hands-on investigative experience, set against the backdrop of growing transatlantic business ties and the evolving expectations placed on corporate integrity across borders.

When: Tuesday, 26 May 2025, 17:00–19:00

Where: Central Stockholm (venue to be confirmed)
