At AmCham Sweden, we provide interns with a vibrant and engaging workplace within a global setting, offering a wide range of diverse tasks and responsibilities. Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • CRM support

    • Basic data entry and audits

    • Import contact files into CRM databases

    • Building project and activity sets

    • Validate requests and contacts for users to add them to different CRM projects

  • Assistance with communications, including writing and graphic design

  • Project management and event coordination

  • Participation in relevant meetings, seminars and business events

  • Other administrative duties

  • Attend and help at seminars, programs and events - including occasional evenings

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Google Worskpace and Microsoft 365 — or Apple equivalents

  • Well-organized and proactive

  • Basic CRM knowledge

  • Professional English

About You

We're looking for enthusiastic interns (current college or master's students, or recent graduates) with a passion for international business and excellent English skills. If you're friendly, curious, and enjoy diverse office tasks, we encourage you to apply. Practical Details

  • All internships are unpaid

  • Full-time internship for 6 months

  • The internship takes place in Stockholm
