We look forward to welcoming your for our annual International Women’s Day Program together with IBW4AI and Eversheds Sutherland. This year’s event will focus on Ethical AI for Real Business Impact, bringing together senior leaders, AI practitioners, and AmCham Member companies to examine how ethical AI frameworks are translating to provide measurable business value, mitigating risk, and innovating sustainably.

The event will commence with a keynote from Professor Virginia Dignum, who will be joining online from Harvard, on “Ethical AI for Real Business Impact.” Dignum is the Wallenberg Chair, Professor of Responsible Artificial Intelligence, and Director of the AI Policy Lab at the Department of Computing Science at Umeå University.

Following the presentation we will welcome our panelists for a panel discussion centering on the ever-present obstacles, trade-offs, and the concrete apprehensions of AI implementation—and how ethical foundations often provide the baselines for functional and sustainable solutions.
