Executive Forum: Playing Offense in an Age of Disruption

Playing Offense in an Age of Disruption

Join AmCham Sweden for a breakfast roundtable together with Oliver Wyman on how leaders can turn disruption into a source of advantage.

In a business environment defined by volatility, rapid technological change, and shifting competitive dynamics, leaders are increasingly looking beyond resilience to ask a more ambitious question: how can disruption become a source of advantage?

The discussion will draw on insights from The CEO Agenda 2026, Oliver Wyman Forum's annual survey of 415 CEOs, conducted with the New York Stock Exchange. Among its findings: 65% of CEOs see today's volatility as a chance to outmaneuver competitors, not just weather the storm, while half of all CEO planning time is now focused on horizons of less than one year.

Andrew Wiseman, Partner at Oliver Wyman, and Denise van Wijk, Principal at Oliver Wyman, will guide the session, leading a candid discussion on where companies are placing their bets, what is changing on the leadership agenda, and what it takes to turn uncertainty into opportunity.
