Järvaveckan, initiated in 2017, was designed with the purpose of bridging the gap between citizens, politicians, civil society, business leaders, and governing bodies. It has rapidly gained a pivotal spot in the Swedish political calendar. Over the summers, it has facilitated hundreds of recruitments, hosted numerous political speeches, and featured performances by various artists. 

AmCham will gather policy makers and representatives from business for a roundtable discussion on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). The socioeconomic and geopolitical landscape is raising the importance of DEI in the private sector. There is also a compelling business case for promoting diversity in the workplace. Why should companies strive for a more inclusive workplace and make a shift to skills-based hiring? What are the consequences for companies that do not focus on DEI? How can AI be leveraged?
