In an AI Magazine article in the fall of 2010, IBM researchers reported on their journey to build a computer system that could compete with humans in answering questions correctly in real time on the TV show Jeopardy!
This project led to the design of IBM's DeepQA architecture and Watson.
Watson was years in the making by IBM scientists, and resulted in a 2,800 core, 15 terabyte memory supercomputer designed to compete in something previously believed that only humans could do: natural language processing.
Now the platform has evolved into watsonx.ai, and you're invited to learn how it is helping win over businesses that incorporate artificial intelligence into their operations today.
