The AmCham Sweden Mentoring Program has grown in popularity - with nearly twice as many participants compared to the previous year. We’re continuing to build on our American-Swedish business tradition and focus the program on exposing young professionals to techniques and skills that will help them become top performers in their companies.
The majority of speakers and workshop leaders during this year’s program were American or have spent time in American-Swedish businesses and bring valuable experience and insight to guide young professionals in their career development. We’ve attracted a fantastic mix of professionals and it’s been very exciting hearing about the business that’s being made outside of the program as a result of being in the program.
The program's new Book Club has given participants a deeper connection with each other by providing compelling business situations to discuss and resolve, which in turn enables participants to build meaningful networks. The collection of mentors and mentees has been very impressive with backgrounds including law, technology, health care, telecoms, public relations and more.
