AmCham Sweden is the voice of American business in Sweden. We are champions of US - Swedish trade and investment and US commercial interests in Sweden and give members a networking platform, critical business information, and an amplified voice.



In cooperation with Sweden’s International Entrepreneur Association (IFS) and with support from the US Embassy, AmCham has co-developed Sweden’s first supplier diversity program, int'Link. As of January 1, 2018, int’Link is open to companies throughout Sweden. AmCham Members are eligible for a 50% discount on their first year’s user fee.

Please consider joining our next informational meeting at ICA Sverige’s Solna headquarters on February 7th, 15.00-16.30. It will be held in a combination of Swedish and English depending on participants’ language preferences. Your company’s top procurement officer will have an opportunity to learn the benefits and history of supplier diversity, and how it can positively impact your company’s operations. You may even wish to include other top management, as int'Link encompasses multiple areas high on company agendas such as sustainability, diversity & inclusion, responsible sourcing, CSR and new business development. It is also relevant to state-owned companies and government objectives for job creation, integration and economic development. 

The ”int” in int’Link reflects its international nature of integrating immigrant-owned small businesses into large company supply chains, which can further facilitate their integration into Sweden as a whole. It is based on a business model started in the 1970s in the U.S. that has spread to the U.K., Canada, Australia, South Africa and elsewhere. We believe int’Link is the first supplier diversity program in Continental Europe and possibly even the first globally focused on immigrant-owned businesses. Six AmCham Member companies helped co-develop int’Link (IBM, Pfizer, ICA, Hammarskiöld & Co, SEB and UPS), five of which participated in a year-long pilot. Program administration is managed by IFS.
