Presented By: Dr. Nima Sanandaji
Sweden is a leading knowledge economy. Approximately 10 percent of the working population of Sweden is employed by knowledge-intensive companies within tech, IT, advanced services and creative professions. This is the highest figure in the EU and close to double that of the Union average. Companies that rely on brain power are also dependent on intellectual property, which is protection for formalized investments in knowledge and content, including digital content.
Please join a select group of top executives as Dr. Nima Sanandaji, author of the 2019 Annual Index: Intangible Value Creation in Sweden, presents his findings. Dr. Sanandaji is the president of the think tank European Centre for Entrepreneurship and Policy Reform. He is also a research fellow at the Centre for Policy Studies and the Centre for the Study of Market Reform of Education, both in London. He is a co-founder of the Stockholm-based think tank Captus, which he headed as CEO for several years until 2011.
