Reinforcing global competence is vital for individuals to thrive in a rapidly changing world and cultural awareness is a pivotal aspect for all international businesses. Business leaders of today need the ability to examine and understand international perspectives and world views. An intercultural panel discussion consisting of inspiring people with backgrounds in studying abroad and working in an intercultural environment will be leading a discussion about the future of leadership.
The panelists will share their experiences regarding intercultural competence and explore tools for multicultural understanding in a business environment. This event is also an opportunity to educate current business leaders on the importance of intercultural management and understanding in the workplace but also in the community.
