Together with her team in Europe, Lisa Glassner participates in Steelcase’s major research projects aiming to inform about key behavioral implications of the changing way we will work in the future.
Lisa has an international background within global companies such as L’Oréal and Starbucks, shaping people’s behavior and enhancing leadership capabilities. Prior to her current role, Lisa led the Learning & Development group for Steelcase in Europe. Her thorough knowledge of the learning function helps her to identify key insights for desired behavioral change, while translating them into requirements for the work environment.
