* Bob Vanourek, Keynote: Using passages from his new book, Leadership Wisdom: Lessons from Poetry, Prose, and Curious Verse (recently released), five-time CEO (including brutal turnarounds) and award-winning author Bob Vanourek will lead an inspirational and interactive session. Quoting sages and leaders covering 2500 years, he will plumb the wisdom of the ages on three topics: leading yourself, leading others effectively, and leaving a lasting leadership legacy.  * Gregg Vanourek, Host: Drawing on the award-winning book he co-authored with Bob Vanourek (his father), Triple Crown Leadership, Gregg Vanourek (KTH Adjunct Lecturer) will briefly address why we need better leadership and what kind of leadership it takes to build an organization that is excellent, ethical, and enduring. He will address the foundations of values and self-leadership, and introduce his father and colleague. See Gregg’s bio here:

 * Networking and Interactive Sessions: The 90-minute program will include interactive activities and time to meet other leaders, entrepreneurs, scholars, and students in the room interested in how to improve current leadership practice.
