An Automotive OEM Supplier focused workshop will be held to discover what is driving the automotive industry to South Carolina USA. Construction has now begun on Volvo Car Group South Carolina factory for global production of the all new S60 Sedan. The first South Carolina-built Volvos are expected to roll off the assembly line in late 2018. Volvo Car USA estimates that the factory will employ up to 2,000 people over the next decade and up to 4,000 people long term.
