Jonas Brattström is the Head of Product Test Development and R&D Site Manager at Ericsson. He has led both global and local teams of engineers through numerous transitions from 3G, to 4G and 5G. To maximize leadership and staff engagement, he has sought to combine an intuitive leadership approach with scientifically reliable data from employee surveys. In a time-critical environment, he has recently been reviewing and testing the organizational data that actually helps leaders engage courageously to drive development.

Joakim Samuelsson is a Senior Research Associate at Whole, whose research originates from Linköping University and focuses on the development of efficient and healthy organizations. Since 2014, he has also served as the CEO of the Nordic School of Management. He works daily to develop and support managers and management teams in, for example, Epiroc and Ericsson, and in fast-growing companies such as Freebo and Sysarb. He also lectures at the Executive MBA Program at Stockholm University, as well as in their new program; AI for Executives.
