AmCham Sweden introduces video #3 in the series - TTIP: Removing Barriers

The third video in the “TTIP: Removing Barriers” series produced by AmCham Sweden – “What’s Included in TTIP?” – offers perspectives from small- and medium-sized business owners in Sweden who deal with issues such as these during the day-to-day operations of their companies. “What’s Included in TTIP?” can be viewed now at http://www.youtube.com/user/TTIPremovingbarriers

Today, discussions regarding the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) negotiations are gaining more attention on both sides of the Atlantic. With the next round of negotiations between the EU and US scheduled for March, questions about maintaining quality standards and non-tariff issues that hinder companies from importing or exporting products and services, are just a few of the areas that are being asked about.

"What's Included in TTIP?" continues to provide more understanding for the scope of the TTIP trade agreement that was presented by US Ambassador Mark Brzezinski, Swedish Minister for Trade Ewa Björling, and Hans Stråberg, Europe Co-Chair for the Transatlantic Business Dialogue as they introduced the “TTIP: Removing Barriers” video series on January 31.

AmCham Sweden will continue to provide more answers to questions surrounding the TTIP trade negotiations as more installments in the series – “TTIP: Removing Barriers” – are posted in the weeks and months ahead.
