Energy Lab: Building & Sustaining Business Resilience

  • United Spaces, Waterfront Building 63 Klarabergsviadukten Stockholm, Stockholms län, 111 64 Sweden (map)

The resilience of people and businesses are more important than ever. Businesses are being, and will be, disrupted by what's happening in the economic, political and competitive landscape. Their ability to quickly adapt to those disruptions while maintaining and accelerating business operations and engaging people is key to success.

The work environment plays a significant role in building and further sustaining business resilience in many respects, including the level of employee engagement, distinct company culture, the ability to quickly adapt to changing requirements in the workplace, and more.

Lisa Glassner, Insight-Led Experience Consultant for Steelcase, will lead this Energy Lab. Lisa is in charge of engaging top executives with research and insights to help them envision new work environments that encourage their employees to give their best every day.
